Act IV Scene 2: Camp Near Sardis. Before Brutus's Tent

Brutus: everyone stop!

Lucilius: Stop! What's the secret handshake?

Brutus: Lucilius has Cassius come or is he on his way?

Lucilius: He is near by, and Pindarus is here to greet you.

Brutus: Pindarus is a good man to send to tell me hello. For some reason your master has given me reason to wish I didn't do some of the wrong things that I did do. But since he is here, I guess I will try to explain myself to him in person.

Pindarus: he will show up for sure. He is too loyal not to show up.

Brutus: yeah I believe you on that. Hey Lucilius let me ask you something real quick. How did he treat you when you talked to him?

Lucilius: Nicely, and with respect but not with to much familiarity, or the normal talks that we are used to.

Brutus: just give him time to chill out and then it will all be okay. Since his love for you isn't there anymore he will start being a jerk to you. He will act polite but he really doesn't care about you. He is just prideful and those kinds of men are just showoffs, they want to look good for the ladies. If you were to just challenge them to a fight then they would run and hide.
(sound of marching appears)
is that his army coming?

Lucilius: They are planning to set up there camp tonight in Sardis. The main section, which is most likely cavalry, has come with Cassius.

Brutus: Cassius and his men have come looking for a challenge. We will march slowly towards him and see what he wants with us.
Cassius: hey, stop!
Brutus: You stop! And Tell the other men to stop too!

1st soldier: Stop!

2nd soldier: Stop!

3rd soldier: Stop!
Cassius: my good friend, you have betrayed me.
Brutus: I have never done anything wrong. I haven't even done anything wrong to my enemies. Don't come here accusing me of doing wrong when I haven't and I would especially never wrong you, who I consider a brother.

Cassius: Brutus, your two faced personalities hides your wrong doing. And when you commit them.

Brutus: Chill out Cassius! Talk to me calmly and quietly. I don't think our soldiers should see us argue; we are good enough friends that we can talk privately without the protection of our people. My tent is pitched we can go in there and have a couple of drinks and talk this over, and I will listen.

Cassius: Pindarus! Tell our commanders to move out troops out of here.

Brutus: Lucius tell the men that they are excused and are free for the night. Don't let anyone enter the tent and that means you too, until we have finished our conversation. You and Titinius are in charge of Guarding the door and don't bother us.
